▸ I LOVE all things tea but made the switch to natural tea a few months ago.

What practical advice do you have for people looking to get in your field?
If anyone wants to get into the field of being a travel agent, patience is a virtue. With the ever-changing travel rules, you have to be on top of your game if you want to give good customer service to your clients. Partner with someone who has been in the industry for 5+ years. Become an associate first to learn the business before owning your own business. And most importantly, learn the business side of the business, and learn the entire business as a whole.
What Kind of Strategies and Mindset are required for the modern entrepreneur?
As an entrepreneur, it is important to exercise compassion and integrity. Without those two, you adapt to not having a business, just a hobby.
